My relationship with running didn't start on a track or in a gym. It started as a lifeline—a way to rebuild myself from the ground up after battling addiction. Running became my therapy, my purpose, and eventually, my passion.

During my university athletics period, I discovered that running wasn't just about physical endurance—it was about mental strength, discipline, and the power of consistent effort. Every kilometer taught me something new about myself, and every race became a celebration of how far I'd come.

Today, as a UESCA-certified running coach and founder of Sirens Running Club in St. Paul's Bay, Malta, I channel my experiences into helping others achieve their running goals. Whether you're recovering from setbacks, chasing personal records, or discovering running for the first time, I understand that every runner's journey is unique.

My coaching philosophy is simple: meet you where you are, understand your story, and create a science-based training plan that transforms your running while respecting your life, your body, and your goals.
